Dear Clients,

We would like to refresh the instructions with regards to documents that should be sent to TLV from EEC countries:

- Original Invoice

- EUR-1 certificate (for goods of EEC origin) or Euro med (see attachment)

- Packing list (for shipments that contain more than 2 pcs)

The EUR-1 certificate can be replaced by an original invoice with an exporter's declaration, but in order for it to be effective; it must fulfill the following requirements:

- Full, correct declaration either typed or hand written in Capital letters, not small letters.

- Original signature

- Printed name of person signing the invoice near the declaration

- Date of the signature

- Company stamp or, if the shipper does not have a company stamp, the shipper must print their company

  name and address near the signature (even if this information already appears elsewhere on the invoice).

- If total value of invoices from same shipper for each consignment is over Euro 6,000,

(4830 GBP, 45600 DKK, 55000 SKR) please make sure that the authorized exporter number is added to the declaration.

Please act accordingly and make sure that shipments are accompanied by these documents to avoid delay in clearance, as otherwise there are going to be extra storage charges or extra duties.
